Once a Member, Always a Member!*
Once you have joined the credit union, your membership stays with the credit union. For example, if you were able to join because you worked for the Annual Conference or one of its affiliated organizations and your employment has changed, you are still a member. You are still able to take advantage of the services offered by the credit union. Also, as long as you are a member, your family members (parents, grandparents, siblings, children, or grandchildren) are still eligible to join.
* Your account must remain active, you must maintain your $5 membership deposit, and you must not be in default on any obligation to the credit union.

The Credit Union has been in existence since 1955. Throughout its existence, the credit union has sought to serve the financial needs of the United Methodist community throughout South Carolina. We are committed serving our members with outstanding, personal service.
In addition to South Carolina United Methodist Clergy and staff of conference agencies and churches, any South Carolina United Methodist church member is eligible to join the credit union. If you attend a United Methodist Church in South Carolina, let your church friends know that they can also join the credit union and take advantage of the products and personal service the credit union offers.
